Inspired by the New York City Ballet Workout, this intense class utilizes hand weights and ballet based movement to create lean lines and improve your posture. No ballet shoes or experience necessary.

BARRE SCULPT
Rooted in the principles of classical ballet, this open-level class is a hybrid of dance movement, barre toning and core conditioning that promotes posture support and length. Each session wraps with a deep stretch and is set to unique music soundtrack.

CORE CONDITIONING
Go beyond the mat. This class trains all four areas of the abdominals using creative exercises and the latest equipment. Cardio intervals increase metabolic rate and the fun factor.

Six tracks to a six pack. A short, sharp workout that'll inspire you to reach your next level of fitness, CXWORX really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to lower body. It's ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

Perinatal Fitness

PRE/POSTNATAL EXERCISE
This multi-level muscular endurance strength training class is as challenging as Muscle Definition classes, but is designed to meet the physical needs and demands of pregnancy, labor and delivery. Special emphasis is placed on the abdominal, pelvic floor and back musculature.
